our role as an intermediary

Providing Funding for Community Organizers

As an intermediary, we connect grantmakers and donors with grassroots leaders and nonprofits to ensure low-barrier access to vital funding.

By providing administrative support and infrastructure, we streamline the grantmaking process to ensure small or new organizations can secure and effectively manage resources that advance health equity and social justice efforts.

With our support, you can:

  • Strengthen your organization’s capacity to navigate the complex grant application processes.
  • Manage grant administration, compliance, and reporting with ease.
  • Identify and pursue partnerships that build collective impact.

As an intermediary, we work with 501(c)(3) organizations. Organizations without this status may explore our fiscal sponsorship services below.

FISCAL SPONSORSHIP

Start Accepting Donations & Build a Giving Strategy

We provide funding for community organizations that may lack tax-exempt status. Through fiscal sponsorship, we help projects start quickly and effectively manage resources.

Many times, an organization will begin a project or a fund because of an immediate need but lack the options for rapidly starting this work or quickly disbursing funds to communities.

We can work with your organization and help you to start accepting donations and create and execute a giving strategy.
