Peer Connection & Collective Impact
Our cohort-based program brings together leaders from diverse sectors to learn from one another and grow collectively.
Monthly in-person retreats dive into topics that strengthen leaders’ capacity to stabilize their organizations and careers.
Between retreats, participants receive executive coaching, virtual guest lectures, peer learning and accountability circles, and technical assistance.
