Michelle is a social entrepreneur, executive coach, and author with over 20 years of experience leading change across nonprofits, higher education, and faith-based organizations.
She is a Certified Diversity Executive and co-author of The Diversity Playbook: Recommendations and Guidance for Christian Organizations. Michelle is widely recognized for her expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, organizational culture, and change management, and has been honored for her leadership and mentoring.
